Jellyfish Watercolour Tutorial

Easy watercolour tutorial of a bright colourful jellyfish using the watercolour wet-on-wet technique & the concept of negative space.

Materials:

watercolour paper, 300 gsm (Australia) or 140 lb (Canada & US), size A4 (Australia) or 8.5" x 11" (Canada & US) hot press; HB pencil; gum/kneadable/art eraser; gamboge yellow, dioxazine violet, permanent rose. (Acceptable substitutes would be lemon yellow, alizarin crimson, purple lake). I did most of my work using only two brushes - a larger (2 cm long, 5mm wide) round brush & a smaller (1 cm, 2 mm wide) liner brush. (Since each manufacturer is different, the sizes #10 and #3 aren't very helpful)
